John’s vision of creating a platform for investors to source off-market, high quality, commercial real estate assets prompted the formation of Dodge Real Estate Corp. John’s upbringing in one of America’s royal automotive families allowed him to form relationships with some of the country’s most elite buyers and sellers at an early age. His extensive clientele includes institutional investors, publicly traded REITs, private equity firms, private family offices, 1031 exchange buyers and individual investors. John’s unique style and exhaustive understanding of commercial real estate have contributed to his massive success while matching his clients’ portfolio strategies with revenue generating assets.

Since graduating from Miami University 2004, Dusty has perfected her Business Development skills while working with several publicly traded, banking institutions. Consistently recognized as a top producer, Dusty created a vast network of clients that relied upon her for their borrowing and investment needs. She leverages her relationships in the Finance Industry and the experience gained as a licensed lender and investment advisor to help her clients achieve their real estate investment goals.

Elizabeth started in the real estate market about 8 years ago after a successful career in PR and Corporate Event Planning. Helping to open the South Florida offices of a Real Estate private equity firm, Elizabeth was in charge of sales and marketing for their residential properties totaling over 25mm in sales. Her background in Real Estate and her Joie de vivre, brings not only the knowledge but the heart to what she does. A resident of West Palm Beach with her two young children, she believes heavily in giving back to the community by helping run her family's foundation, “The Lary Foundation”.

Rachel Plummer is the Director of Acquisitions at Dodge Real Estate Corp, where she oversees the identification, evaluation, and procurement of high-value commercial properties. Rachel’s background in land planning plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth and profitability by identifying and securing valuable property investments. She excels in evaluating potential properties for acquisition, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and multifamily units. Rachel develops and maintains relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, and other industry professionals to source deals and stay informed about market opportunities. She works closely with asset management teams to integrate new acquisitions into the firm’s portfolio and develop strategies for maximizing their value.

Realtor, Sales Associate

Marty joined the Dodge Real Estate team in 2020, adding commercial real estate to her repertoire of professional real estate services. With over 7 years of real estate experience and 16M in residential transactions, she took the commercial real estate market head on.
Currently Marty manages both residential and commercial transactions simultaneously, and has added many more clients to her portfolio, most noteably local and national non-profits. Marty is a Mississippian and a 2004 graduate of University of Southern Mississippi with a BA in International Business and Spanish. Starting her career in the financial services industry, she was quickly promoted to corporate headquarters and served in various leadership and advisory roles. She transitioned to Florida in 2005, and planted roots in real estate market.
