John’s vision of creating a platform for investors to source off-market, high quality, commercial real estate assets prompted the formation of Dodge Real Estate Corp. John’s upbringing in one of America’s royal automotive families allowed him to form relationships with some of the country’s most elite buyers and sellers at an early age. His extensive clientele includes institutional investors, publicly traded REITs, private equity firms, private family offices, 1031 exchange buyers and individual investors. John’s unique style and exhaustive understanding of commercial real estate have contributed to his massive success while matching his clients’ portfolio strategies with revenue generating assets.
Dusty Dodge
Principal
Since graduating from Miami University 2004, Dusty has perfected her Business Development skills while working with several publicly traded, banking institutions. Consistently recognized as a top producer, Dusty created a vast network of clients that relied upon her for their borrowing and investment needs. She leverages her relationships in the Finance Industry and the experience gained as a licensed lender and investment advisor to help her clients achieve their real estate investment goals.

Managing Director
Paul Shooster is a South Florida commercial real estate broker focused on confidential, off-market investment sales, development opportunities, portfolio transactions, and complex assignments requiring discretion, strategy, and disciplined execution.
He works with developers, private investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, REITs, and other sophisticated capital groups on strategies designed to maximize value, identify opportunities, and execute transactions with clarity and control.
Known for his direct communication style, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach, Paul is trusted to successfully navigate high-stakes assignments where confidentiality, positioning, and execution are critical. From sourcing opportunities to negotiating deal terms and guiding transactions through closing, he delivers strategic counsel and consistent follow-through aimed at producing superior outcomes.

Elizabeth started in the real estate market about 8 years ago after a successful career in PR and Corporate Event Planning. Helping to open the South Florida offices of a Real Estate private equity firm, Elizabeth was in charge of sales and marketing for their residential properties totaling over 25mm in sales. Her background in Real Estate and her Joie de vivre, brings not only the knowledge but the heart to what she does. A resident of West Palm Beach with her two young children, she believes heavily in giving back to the community by helping run her family's foundation, “The Lary Foundation”.
